summary from Goodreads
"Like A Wolf With A Bone" by Shelly Laurenston Quiet little Darla Lewis couldn't be happier when the most-feared member of the South's rowdiest pack kidnaps her. A girl gets real tired of being overprotected by her own shifter family, and there's nothing like an oh-so-big bad wolf to start a pack feud, unleash her instincts--and have her surrender however and whenever she wants. . .
"Wed Or Dead" by Cynthia Eden
Gage Ryder knew his human bride had a wild side. But spending their honeymoon night on the run from hunters out to finish him and his pack is sure not the kind of fun he was looking forward to. No problem--Gage will do whatever it takes to lay bare Kayla's secrets and find the truth. If he can keep from being captured by his own seductive game. . .

Like A Wolf With A Bone by Shelly Laurenston
I've only read one book in the Pride series but had no problems enjoying Eggie Ray and Darla Mae, parents to Dee-Ann (who kinda grates on my nerves but now I see where she gets it from). The story is set in the 70s and is a prequel to the series. I found the story of gruff Eggie Ray and Darla very sweet. She's the complete opposite of her sisters. And Eggie is a wolf that everyone fears. When Eggie and Darla get together, everyone assumes he kidnapped her or is harming her. The romance is sweet and sexy, the families are crazy and wolves really like their pie.
If you're a fan of the Pride series, you know the characters are zany and out of this world. I enjoyed Life A Wolf With A Bone and will stop dragging my feet on reading the rest of this book in the series.

Wed or Dead by Cynthia Eden
Kayla is a hunter who's been working undercover. So deep is her cover is that she's marrying Alpha Gage Ryder. Her goal is to kill him and rid the world of one less murdering wolf. What Kayla doesn't count on is falling for Gage and having everything she ever believed in turn on its side.
I really enjoyed Wed or Dead and hope this is a start to a new series. It was that damn good. A steamy, action-packed read that I didn't want to end. The best part of the novella is that it ended the way it began. Loved it!
